Nuneaton Town cruised to a 3-0 victory at 10-man FC Halifax on Tuesday, while in the Blue Square Bet South, Welling defeated the Hawks at Park View Road.
Dean Thomas’ Hinckley United bolstered their survival prospects with a 2-2 draw against play-off hopefuls Altrincham at Moss Lane.
The Knitters went ahead after just nine minutes when Sam Belcher converted from the penalty spot, but the hosts responded well, drawing level just four minutes later through Damian Reeves.
Altrincham went on to claim the lead on 42 minutes thanks to Jack Redshaw before Belcher, once again, blasted home from the penalty spot in the 69th minute.
Mitchell Austin scored in the 65th minute for Stalybridge Celtic to cancel out Glen Taylor’s 41st-minute effort for Blyth Spartans at Croft Park, while Eastwood Town’s Jevaise Christie equalised three minutes after the half-time break following Stuart Pierpoint’s 32nd-minute goal for Solihull Moors at Coronation Park.

Jamie Day’s Welling United rallied from a goal down to record a 3-1 victory over 10-man Havant & Waterlooville at Park View Road.
The Hawks looked to be cruising to a narrow victory after Perry Ryan had put them ahead with a 2nd-minute effort.
However, three goals in the final four minutes ensured the host claimed all three points. Substitute Harry Baker kicked off the comeback with an 86th-minute goal before efforts from Ben Greenhalgh (87) and Luis Cumbers (90) sealed the result in their favour.
