New Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes will oversee his first home game against fellow strugglers Wigan at Loftus Road on Saturday.
Hughes, who replaced Neil Warnock over a week ago, endured a 1-0 defeat at Newcastle in his first test. The result put Rangers 18th on the Premier League table with 17 points - two more than the bottom-placed Latics.
In team news, Hughes is without Armand Traore and Adel Taraabt as the duo are on African Cup of Nations duty with Senegal and Morocco respectively.
Alejandro Faurlin is missing again as he remains sidelined with serious cruciate ligament damage.
Meanwhile, Wigan, who were edged 1-0 by leaders Manchester City on Monday, are sweating over the fitness of David Jones, as the midfielder struggles with a calf problem.
There are no other injury concerns but Mohamed Diame is also away with the Teranga Lions for CAF’s flagship event.
Chris Kirkland remains a long-term absentee and Patrick van Aanholt has returned to Chelsea after an unsuccessful loan spell.
