Moyes; Cottagers ahead

Everton boss David Moyes has no fresh injury concerns for Friday night’s FA Cup fourth round clash with Fulham at Goodison Park.
But the Toffees, who have not lost to the Cottagers at home since 1975, remain hampered by injuries all the same, with Phil Jagielka (knee), Leon Osman (knee), Seamus Coleman (thigh) and Sylvain Distin (hamstring) sidelined with their respective knocks.
Tony Hibbert could return after being fit enough to make the bench in last weekend’s 1-1 Premier League draw with Blackburn.
Notably, skipper Phil Neville is in line to make his 50th FA Cup appearance, while goalkeeper Tim Howard is one game short of 250 caps for the club.
Fulham, recent 5-2 league victors over Newcastle, have a healthier squad by comparison, although Moussa Dembele (hip), Orlando Sa (hamstring) and Mark Schwarzer (back) all missed the Magpies tie.
Attacking midfielder Steve Sidwell is doubtful after being withdrawn before the break against the Toon.
