Everton v Chelsea

2012-02-10 02:17:20

Everton will seek another top-four upset when they host Chelsea at Goodison Park on Saturday.

The mid-table Toffees, unbeaten in four league outings, recently ousted leaders Manchester City 1-0, although a 1-1 draw followed with bottom club Wigan.

David Moyes will be without injured playmaker Tim Cahill, with the Australian sustaining a knock against the Latics last weekend.

New signing Nikica Jelavic is in line for his first home showing after the former Rangers hitman made his debut at DW Stadium.

Meanwhile, Blues midfielders Frank Lampard (calf) and John Obi Mikel (hamstring) are expected to return after nursing their respective knocks.

Left-back Ashley Cole is back in contention after serving his suspension in a 3-3 draw with Manchester United.

However, deposed England skipper John Terry remains sidelined with a knee injury, as does Brazilian midfielder Ramires.

The fourth-placed Londoners have 43 points - 14 less than the Citizens and one more than Newcastle.
