Eagles: Nets winner

Bolton were forced to come from behind to beat Swansea 2-1 and reach the fifth round of the FA Cup thanks to goals by Darren Pratley and Chris Eagles.
It was a fair result as Owen Coyle’s side dominated most of the Reebok Stadium encounter against a much-changed Swans team, although Luke Moore went close to forcing a replay in the closing stages when he headed against the post.
The first half was a grim affair, although Bolton, who reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup last season before being hammered by Stoke City, were largely dominant.
However, the home fans were stunned in the 43rd minute when Brendan Rodgers’ men took the lead with their first clear-cut goal scoring opportunity of the match, with Moore netting completely against the run of play with a neat chip.
The visitors were not ahead for long though and, in first-half stoppage time, Pratley, who was playing against his former club, headed home Martin Petrov’s free-kick.
The Swans started the second half well but a bad mistake by goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel allowed Eagles, who reacted the quickest, to grab what proved to be the winner in the 56th minute.
For a time Bolton threatened to take complete control of the match but they were forced onto the back foot in the closing stages and were fortunate to hold on to the victory when former Aston Villa striker Moore headed against the woodwork in the 86th minute.
